With the ability to upload your EDI850 Purchase Orders into our system, we can act as your central depository for all Purchase Order, Shipping, data and communications. Suppliers are provided with on-line access to our system, where they can view existing Purchase Orders and provide specified updates to the manufacturing process. This provides you with crucial data which enhances the supply chain and ultimately allows you to deal with exceptions rather than the rule.
Our communication module attaches the transaction parties email correspondence to the purchase order to ensure that communications and instructions are easily found. Ultimately, all parties to the transaction including supplier, origin forwarder, carrier, destination forwarder, customs broker and consignee can all obtain access and provide key data to the transaction.
