From the time a purchase order is placed, our supply chain management module allows defined parties access to predefined data and the ability to update status. This includes; suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses and consignees. Blue cargo provides each party with on-line training and specifies the criteria for updating. In addition, communications by all parties related to the transaction are attached to the purchase orders and/or shipments, ensuring that communication is easily found and recorded. No longer do our clients need to peruse through mounds of documents or files to locate communications pertaining to an order. No more “he said, she said” scenarios.

E-Booking: Allows suppliers to book on-line through our PO Management Module or free hand
Track and Trace: For both air and ocean movements – also includes communication module to attach conversations between all parties to each shipment

Booked but not shipped reports – gives the opportunity to see what is booked and allows the opportunity to change modes of transport
