Joel Switsky
Chief Operating Officer of Blue Cargo Group LLC, graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a BBA in Business Administration in 1980. Upon graduation, he began his career in the Customs Brokerage and transportation industry with Arthur J. Fritz & Company, in Houston, Texas. Joel became a licensed Customs Broker in 1983 and opened his own Customs Brokerage and Logistics firm, Archer Freight Systems, Inc., which he successfully operated for seventeen years and later sold to a national concern in 2001. Upon completion of the purchase agreement and contractual obligation, Joel reentered the Logistics business in February 2009 and formed the Blue Cargo Group LLC, with long known industry associates. Joel’s extensive experience in operations, sales, management and accounting covers everything from process analysis, information integration, supply chain management, international logistics, project planning and strategic sales targeting. Joel now leads a team of logistics professionals that continually create logistics solutions for Blue Cargo Group’s customers worldwide.
Paul Selvage 
Vice President Sales of Blue Cargo Group LLC., graduated from the London East Business School International Business studies with a BA. Upon Graduation, he started his Logistics career with Evergreen Marine. From there he moved to J E Bernard’s as the UK sales manager. In 1989, Paul moved to Hong Kong to become the Regional Sales Director for the M & R Spedag group of Companies, and in 1998 moved to the USA to start the operation and marketing arm for M & R Spedag Group. Paul later joined the Blue Cargo Group in May of 2009 and leads a team of Logistics Sales Professionals. He has been instrumental in the development of logistics programs which have enabled Blue Cargo Group to grow at rates unsurpassed in the industry.
Khalid Aziz 
Executive Vice President of Blue Cargo Group, grew up in Southeast Asia and spent his formative years in Europe. Khalid earned his BBA at Central Missouri State University and completed his MBA at the University of Missouri in 1985. He entered the logistics business in 1987 working in a sales capacity. Between 1992-2004, Khalid worked as a Director of the Fritz Companies, responsible for Latin America followed by a position as Director of International Development at the Laufer Group. Khalid joined the Blue Cargo Group in February 2009 and is based in our JFK, New York office.
Steven Perlman
Chief Financial Officer of Blue Cargo Group LLC , graduated from the University of Florida with a BBA in Business Administration in 1973. Upon graduation, Steven entered the logistics business in Bogota, Colombia where he represented the leather industry’s export program to the United States for the next twenty years . Later he joined the Blue Cargo Group in Colombia , and in 1999 moved to Miami , Florida and became involved in logistics for perishables moving from South America into the United States. In 2009, Steven became one of the founding members of the Blue Cargo Group LLC and leads a team of accounting professionals in our Miami office.
